Public Offer

1. Terms and subject

Contractor: [operator details: full name or sole trader / self-employed name, tax ID, postal address]. User: an individual aged 18 or over who accepted this offer.

The contractor gives the user online access to paid features of EroStory AI (messages, photos, voice, stories, animations, creating characters) for a fee in Russian roubles or Telegram Stars under the chosen pack. GEM is an internal accounting unit of the service. It is not money, e-money, a security or a payment instrument, has no value outside the service, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Gifts for girls included in a pack are tracked separately and spent only on gifts.

2. Acceptance

This is a public offer (Art. 435 and 437 of the Russian Civil Code). Paying for a GEM pack is acceptance. Before paying the user sees the price, pack contents and payment method; pressing the pay button confirms having read the offer, the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Price and payment

Pack prices are on the Pricing page. Payment methods are those shown at checkout (SBP, bank card, Telegram Stars and others shown). A payment provider processes the payment; the contractor never receives card data. The contractor may change prices and packs; already paid packs are not affected. A receipt is issued as required by Russian law.

4. Crediting and rendering

GEM is credited after the provider confirms the payment, usually within minutes. If it is not credited, write via the Contacts form with your account email and payment time and we will check and credit GEM or refund the money. The cost of each operation in GEM is shown before it runs; the service is considered rendered when GEM is charged for a completed operation. If an operation fails, GEM is returned automatically. GEM does not expire while the account exists.

5. Refunds

The user may withdraw from the contract and demand a refund for unused GEM, compensating the contractor's actually incurred costs (Art. 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law and Art. 782 of the Civil Code). GEM already charged for completed operations is not refundable. Bonus and gift GEM (registration, wheel of fortune, channel subscription) was not bought with money and is not refundable.

Send the refund request via the Contacts form or to info@erostoryai.com with your account email, payment date and amount. Money is returned by the same method within 10 days of receiving the request; Telegram Stars are refunded as Telegram prescribes. Mistaken or double charges are refunded in full.

6. Quality and liability

Texts, images and voice are created by neural networks and may not match expectations; this is a property of the technology, not a defect, if the operation completed. If no result is delivered, GEM is returned. Contractor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the operation, to the extent the law allows.

7. Term and termination

The offer is valid from publication until withdrawn. The contractor may amend it by publishing a new version here; packs paid earlier are performed on the previous terms. The contract ends when the account is deleted or terminated by law; unused GEM is refunded under section 5 unless the account was blocked for violations.
