Consent to personal data processing

I, a user of the service, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the operator consent to process my personal data on the terms below. Consent is given by ticking the box on the registration form or by continuing sign-in through Telegram or Google after reading this text.

Purposes

Registration and account upkeep; access to service features (chats with fictional characters, creating images, texts and audio); GEM accounting and payments; fraud and abuse protection and moderation; answering my requests; compliance with Russian law; improving the service with anonymised data.

Data

Email or Telegram user ID; password hash; language; dates of registration, sign-in, age confirmation and consent; my messages and requests, created materials, facts I tell the companion about myself; settings of girls I created; payment and GEM balance data without card data; IP hash, browser and device type, session data; name, email and text when I use the Contacts form; browser or bot subscription ID if I enable notifications.

I do not provide and do not ask to process special categories of data (health, race and nationality, political, religious and philosophical views) and will not share them in chats.

Actions and transfer

Collection, recording, organising, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. I agree to my request content being passed to neural-network and speech providers, including outside the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer), without my email, Telegram ID or payment data; to payment data being passed to payment providers; and to receiving sign-in data from Telegram or Google if I choose that method.

Term and withdrawal

Consent is valid from the moment given until the purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time by a request through the Contacts form or to info@erostoryai.com with my account email. The operator stops processing and deletes data within 10 business days, except data that must be kept by law. I confirm I have read the Privacy Policy and my rights have been explained. After withdrawal the operator may stop features that need the data.
