Terms of Service

1. General and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the EroStory AI service (the service) on erostoryai.com and in the service Telegram bot. Operator: [operator details: full name or sole trader / self-employed name, tax ID, postal address].

You accept the terms by registering, signing in with Telegram or Google, or continuing to use the service after confirming your age. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy, Consent to personal data processing, Public Offer (GEM purchases), Acceptable Use Policy and Cookie Policy apply together with these terms.

2. Age and account

The service contains adult material and is only for people aged 18 or over. By confirming your age you warrant that you are at least 18 and that viewing such material is lawful where you live. We close accounts used by minors.

An account keeps your chats, the character's memory and your GEM balance. You are responsible for your access and for actions under your account. One person may hold one account; bonuses and free limits are not stackable through extra accounts.

3. AI and fictional characters

The companions, their looks, voice, photos and stories are created by neural networks. All characters are fictional and adult; any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Replies may be inaccurate. The service gives no medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not replace contact with real people.

We may change characters, features, limits and prices and disable individual features.

4. GEM and payment

Paid features are paid in the internal unit GEM. GEM is not money, e-money or any payment instrument, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other users, except where a refund is required by law or the Public Offer. Prices, payment, refunds and crediting are described in the Public Offer. The price of an operation is shown before it runs; if an operation fails because of the service or a provider, GEM is returned automatically.

5. Rights to materials

You may use texts, images and voice created on your requests for personal non-commercial purposes and are responsible for how you use and publish them, including third-party rights and the law. Rights to the software, design, character catalog and database belong to the operator or its licensors. You grant the operator a non-exclusive right to store and process your requests and materials as needed to run the service. Copying the catalog or site content, automated scraping and bypassing limits are prohibited.

6. Your obligations

You are responsible for the messages and requests you send. Prohibited: material with minors, violence and coercion, images or voices of real people without consent, defamation, threats, fraud, unlawful acts, interfering with the service, bots and scripts, reselling access. See the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not share third parties' personal data or secrets (passwords, card details, passport data) in chats.

7. Blocking

We may restrict, block or delete an account for violations, suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where the law requires. On a block for your fault, unused GEM is not refunded unless the law requires. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of AI replies and are not liable for outages caused by communication, payment or AI providers or other events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, your use of materials or other users' actions. Liability toward consumers is not limited where the law forbids it.

9. Changes, claims, governing law

We may amend the terms; the new version takes effect when published here with its date. Russian law applies. Claims are sent via the Contacts form or to info@erostoryai.com and answered within 30 days. Consumers may sue at their place of residence. Videos with your photo: rules

The “Upload your photo” feature is only for people aged 21 and over. Upload only your own photo: you confirm that it shows you and that you are entitled to use it. The finished video is for personal use; you may not publish it in a way that violates the rights of others. Descriptions with minors, violence and coercion, animals, and other people's faces are forbidden. The video is made by a neural network, inaccuracies are possible and the result is not guaranteed; if something fails GEM are refunded, and if the photo is unsuitable or the face does not match the selfie the video is not made and GEM are refunded.
